DASAN DMC identifies, assesses, and manages environmental impacts across the entire scope of its business activities, and maintains 100% compliance with environmental laws and regulations. (Environmental Management Policy ESHP-ENV-POL-01)

① Energy & GHG Emissions

Annual measurement and management of energy use and GHG emissions, driving consumption savings and emission reductions. Phased adoption of renewable energy (solar and others) under review; climate and energy training at least once a year

② Water Resources

Measurement and management of water and wastewater, efficient use and water resource conservation, proper wastewater treatment, and expanded water savings and recycling

③ Pollutants (Air, Water, Soil)

Management below legal limits, regular measurement of SOx and particulate matter (PM), and proper operation of pollution control facilities

④ Circular Resources & Waste

Minimization, reuse, and expanded recycling; lawful consignment of designated waste with records retained; product life-cycle considerations

⑤ Chemical Substances

100% MSDS availability and management; safe use, storage, handling, and disposal; phased reduction and substitution of hazardous substances

⑥ Biodiversity

Protection of ecological assets near the Yeongcheon plant (Geumho River, Yeongcheon Lake, and Bohyeonsan Natural Park); preliminary surveys for new processes and prevention of invasive species
