ESG Framework

  • The Management Support Division (General Affairs Team) oversees ESG, occupational safety and health, and environmental affairs, linked to the Chief Safety & Environment Officer (CSEO) reporting structure
  • Consultation and resolution through the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (equal labor-management representation)
  • PDCA cycle management based on ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Safety and Health)
  • Quantitative targets managed through a register of 75 KPIs covering common, occupational safety and health, and environmental areas
